If you have a soft measuring tape handy, you can measure your dog at home (treats help if they’re a bit wriggly!) It also helps to have them sit while you measure.
Wrap the tape around your dog’s neck — an extra pair of hands and a few treats can help keep them still.
Measure where you’d like the collar to sit — for example, if you want it sitting high near the top of the neck, take your measurement from there rather than further down.
Send us the exact neck measurement, allowing for a little ‘breathing room’ (usually a finger’s width or two under the tape before reading the measurement)
